The CWI is a revolutionary, socialist international organisation fighting to defend the rights of workers, women, young people, and all sections of the oppressed all over the world. Through our work we aim to overthrow the rule of big business and global capitalism.
We are committed to a struggle for a socialist society internationally based on the democratic ownership, control and management of the world's economy by the majority - the working class and the oppressed masses.
In more than 35 countries all over the world we have parties, organizations, and members who are affiliated to the CWI. Our members fight for the ideas of socialism, by taking part in the day to day struggle of working class people, by organising international solidarity and by struggling to change the world and end the conditions of poverty which at present the majority of people live under.
